Jannetta Elaine Coney “Foxx” was born on February 24, 1974 to Patricia Elaine Coney and the late John Willie Coney in Jacksonville, Florida. She attended the Duval County Public Schools and Florida State College of Jacksonville with an interest in Childcare. She will be missed most by her contagious laugh.

Jannetta departed this life on April 19, 2015 and was preceded in death by her father John Willie Coney; sister, Lakeisha Coney and brother, Bernard Gordon.

Jannetta leaves to cherish her memories; her sons, Marquise and Brandon Coney; mother, Patricia Wyche; devoted fiancé Marvin Simmons, Sr.; sisters, Bernadette Gordon, Anita Coney; brother, Harvey Gordon; her children in love, Marvonay, LaToya, Javon, Marvin Jr., Christopher Simmons, Jeremy Tinsley, Roy Lee Dillion (deceased), and her precious dog "Duke", a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; a special cousin, Sherrie White.

The funeral service for Janetta Elaine Coney will be held 12PM, Saturday at the Greater New Hope A.M.E. 2708 N Davis St, The visitation will be 5 - 7PM, Friday at the mortuary.
