Leon Anthony Jenkins, was a native of Beaufort, South Carolina born on April 17, 1957. He moved to Jacksonville, Florida where he resided for 40 years. Leon was employed by Sunshine State Plumbing and Hagar Construction Company. Leon was a jack of all trades.

Leon enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved showing off his talent when it came to cooking on the grill. Leon departed this life on Tuesday, August 11, 2015.

Leon leave to cherish his memories a fiancée, Vanessa Copeland-Jenkins; four daughters, Talisa Copeland, Veronica Copeland, Michelle Brooks and Tonnetta Rogers; two sons, Darrell Clark and Anthony L. Jenkins, Jr.; sister, Alisia Jenkins; brother, Charles Brown; favorite nieces, Adeline Jenkins and Sheila Jenkins; favorite nephews, Clifford Jenkins, Antwan Simmons; brother-in-law, Ronald Copeland; best friend, Thomas Donley and a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
