Cheketria Yvette Ellis affectionately known as “KiKi” was born on September 28, 1992 in Jacksonville, Florida to Mercida Ellis and Anthony Gordon. She was baptized at an early age and a member of First Samuel Church. Cheketria will be truly missed and her family will cherish loving memories of her.

Cheketria departed this life on Friday, November 20, 2015. She was preceded in death by Bobby Lee Ellis, Sr., and Tarnesha Ellis.

Cheketria leaves to mourn her passing two children, Zamiaron Johnson, and Zaleah McCray; mothers, Mercida (Cocoa) Ellis, Marie Jenkins; father, Anthony Gordon; grandmothers, Mercie Ellis, and Ronnell Jenkins; brothers, Deangelo Ellis, Michael Ellis, and James Ellis; sister, Eternaty Ellis; uncles, Bobby Ellis, Jr., and Robert Ellis; aunts, Laquita Ellis, and Annie Ellis; a special devoted cousin, Tia Holmes; and a host of other relatives.
