Rebecca Renee Durham was born on July 17, 1968 in Americus, Georgia to Willie Cook Durham, Sr. and Mary Helen Durham. She attended the Public Schools in Americus, Georgia.

Rebecca closed a chapter in the book of life on Friday, April 15, 2016 and a new chapter in her life began in glory as she went home to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Cook Durham, Sr.; and brother, Willie Cook Durham, Jr.

Rebecca leaves to cherish and will greatly be missed by her loving daughters, Asia Kellogg and Alissa Jones; a son, Melvin Kellogg, Jr.; mother, Mary Helen Durham; four brothers, Brian Morgan, George Edgar Durham, Edgar Ladon Durham, and James Dudley Durham; two sisters, Angela Henderson (Leroy) and Soretha Gordon; three nephews; ten nieces; close friends, Ernest Bennett (Jacksonville, Florida) and Cleniece.
