Solomon Reed aka “Daddy BoBo” was born on April 12, 1933 in Jacksonville, Florida to Benjamin and Ethel. He confessed Christ at an early age and was a member of Mother Church Kingdom of God. Daddy BoBo received his education in the Duval County Public School System.

Solomon departed this life on Monday, May 23, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benny and Ethel Reed; sister, Gloria Mae Walker; brothers, Robert Lee Reed, Samuel Reed, Elijah Reed, and William Reed; stepson, James S. Bryant III.

Solomon leaves to mourn his passing wife, MaeRetha Reed; children, Sylvia Reed, Susan Reed, Sonja Reed, and Solomon Reed, Jr.; stepchildren, Darlene (Sidney), Joy (Robert), and Douglas (Gwendolyn); adopted children, Stephanie and James; siblings, Ernest, Clifford (Catherine), and Gussie Baker Waters; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and many friends left with wonderful memories.
