Mrs. Eura Mae Hill was born on May 27, 1928 in Americus, Georgia to Mr. Floyd and Bertha Mae Williams. She confessed Christ, uniting with Glorious Bethlehem Temple Pentecostal Assemblies of the World where she was baptized by the late Pastor Georgia B. Butler. Eura later met and married Major Hill, Sr. in Folkston, Georgia in June 1948, and to this union two children were born, Alice and Major, Jr.

Eura departed this life on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 12:06 am. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bertha Mae Moss; sisters, Helen Hall and Lois Ann Tremble; grandson, Franz Marvin Swint; and son, Major Hill, Jr.

Eura leaves to cherish her memories and mourn her passing: husband, Major Hill, Sr.; daughter, Mother Alice Mae Hill-Swint; sister-in-law, Mary Sharp; nephews, DeAryl Tremble (Barbara) and Charles McRoy (Tygre); niece, Echelon Camille Tremble; great-nieces and nephews; grandchildren, Torra Guanese Swint, Deborah Latrice Swint, Ernest Butler, Romaine Hill of Wurzburg, Germany, Jermaine Hill, and Tesalyn Hill-Felton (James); great-grandchildren, Kalyn Elyse Swint, Erika Lauren Swint, Luis and Elisa Hill of Wurzburg, Germany, Talen and Joshua Felton; the Williams family; special daughter-in-laws, Phyllis Hill and Gabi Hill of Wurzburg, Germany; a lifelong dear friend, Ms. Laverne Perry; other relatives, and friends.
