Troy LaRon Priester, 35 years of age, spirit departed his earthly body on Saturday, October 1, 2016. He was born on December 1, 1980 in Jacksonville, Florida to Linda Joyce Johnson and the late Willie J. Priester.

Troy accepted Christ as a teenager in November 1993 at First Timothy Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Frederick D. Newbill, Sr. He attended Wolfson High School; and his last place of employment was the International House of Pancakes (IHOP).

Troy leaves an affectionate memory to be cherished by his devoted mother, Linda J. Johnson; two loving sons, Troy LaRon Priester, Jr. and Troy LaRon Priester, III; three beautiful daughters, Deairra Nicole Rountree, Troy’nae Latoya Priester, and Zi’Keria Sha’Terrias Priester; five adoring sisters, Katherine Fields, Venus Priester, Chincia Kenner, Tymancha Priester, Rashika Singletary Priester; a special adoring sister-niece, Shcara Jones; his loving significant other, Tiffany Rountree; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

The funeral service for Troy LaRon Priester will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, October 11th, 2016 at the Funerals By T. S. Warden 4315 North Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. The visitation will be 5:00 pm 7:00 pm , Monday, October 10th, 2016 at the Funerals By T. S. Warden 4315 North Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. Interment in Private.
