Obituary for EDWARD WYMAN

Edward Wyman also known as “Ya-Ya” was born on April 11, 1934 in Jasper County, South Carolina. He attended the Public Schools in his hometown. Later, Edward moved to Savannah, Georgia and then relocated to Jacksonville, Florida. He was employed by Florida Machine and Foundry where he worked for many years and was able to retire from the company.

Edward departed this life on Friday, January 27, 2017. He was preceded in death by his brother, Billie.

Edward leaves to cherish his memories: a loving and caring companion of 38 years, Ms. Charlie Mae Brown; his children, Bernard Gadson (Carla), Sandra Dunham, Elana Green (Tommy), Rena Jackson (James), Leedell Gadson, Edna Mae Williams (Ronnie), Rozida Lewis, Richidine Best (Ronald), Allen Wyman (Beverly), Delicia Wyman, Erica Wyman, and Faith Wyman; brothers, Dan, Oliver, and Johnnie (Rosa); sisters, Mary Lennell (Levi), Rose, Dorother, and Pearl Smalls (Kenneth); In addition Edward leaves his adopted family, a loving daughter and son-in-law, Frances and Alonzo Stevens; a loving and supportive grandson, Charles Moreland (Kim); a caring son, Frederick Brown (his daughter), Keisha McBride; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
