Gifford Louder was born on January 23, 1953 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Gertrude and Joseph Louder. He attended the Public Schools in Duval County. Gifford confessed Christ at an early age and attended Springhill Missionary Baptist Church.

Gifford departed early Thursday morning, March 9, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gertrude and Joseph Louder.

Gifford leaves to cherish his memory: sisters, Mrs. Lydia Seabrook, Ms. Joann Fennell, and Ms. Louemma Wyche; brother, Nathaniel Louder (Kimberly); a best friend, Mr. Reginald Spann; nephews, nieces, and a host of other relatives and friends.
