Miss Treatise Evette Jennings was born on July 3, 1968 to Miss Incell Rogers. She attended the local schools in Duval County, graduating from Paxon High School. Treatise later attended Florida Technical College and Florida Community College of Jacksonville. Treatise departed this life on Monday, March 27, 2017.
Treatise leaves to cherish memories a loving mother, Incell Rogers; grandmother, Eva Rogers; sisters, Latasha Bowens, Chaffee Williams, Thalia Jennings-Dodson and Faith Jennings; brothers, William Jennings, Chuck Jennings, Michael Jennings, Marlon Jennings, Terry, Jennings and Darryl Jennings; aunt, Pastor Pearlie Graham; uncles, Jerome Rogers (Angie) and Nathaniel Rogers (Betty); a host of step brothers and sisters; cousins dear to Treatise, Linda Brown, Willa Durham, Wanda Plummer, Nakia Plummer, Cherish Durham, Ceteria Johnson, Malachi Singleton (Octavia), Shania, Kamari, Marcus, Marquis Singleton, Stephany Durham, Heaven Hall, Malachi Ross, and Patricia Daise, Debra Killian; and a host of other relatives and special friends.
The funeral service for Treatise Jennings will be held 11:00 SATURDAY, April 8th, 2017 at the Titus Harvest Dome Spectrum Church 12335 Atlantic Boulevard.
