Gwenetta Faye McIntyre
Gwenetta Faye McIntyre affectionately called “Cookie” began life on September 18, 1953 when her parents, Charles Walker and Deloris Walker received their first and only child with so much joy. Most of Cookie’s life was spent in the Duval County School System where she graduated from Stanton High School. In school she played many instruments, but Cookie played the piano for a living, she played for many churches over the years. West Union Baptist Church was her church home.

Gwenetta leaves to cherish memories of precious times spent together with her husband, Willie “Ray” Singleton Sr.; her 3 lovely daughters, Erna McFadden, Benetta McFadden and Gwenette Alston; her handsome son, Bennie McFadden Jr.; 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; stepchildren, Tonnette Singleton (Pastor Willie Will Singleton) and Gregory Clyde; a host of sorrowing nieces, nephews, cousins and close friend.
