Garry Bernard Johnson, Jr. was born on September 23, 1981 to Garry B. Johnson, Sr. and Lindell Frazier in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended the local schools in Duval County, where he was a member of a state championship football team at William M. Raines High School.

Garry was a loving, supportive and respective, son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend to all who loved and knew him.

Garry leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Lindell Frazier; father, Garry B. Johnson Sr.; sisters, Tomeka Frazier, Sophia Frazier and India Frazier; uncles, James M. Johnson and Darryl R. Johnson Sr.; aunts, Deborah B. Jackson (Robert), Tina Y. Johnson and Julie M. Lockhart (Reginald); Fiancé, Kanisha Lowe; step-sisters, Keia Gee-McQuiller and Erica Gee-Chips; step-brother, William Gee; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, extended relatives and devoted friends.
