Brenda Joyce Reed was born on July 19, 1954 to the late Mr. Samuel Reed and Betty Reed. She attended the Duval County Schools, graduating from Andrew Jackson Senior High School. After completing high school, Brenda became an early childhood educator.
Brenda departed this life on Thursday, August 10, 2017. She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel Reed Sr.
Brenda leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Betty Reed; children, Vatroni Reed, Corey Grant, Elicia Holte (Gregory) and Eric Reed (Ebony); sisters, Elaine Deloney, Deborah Wells and Regina Channelle; brother, Samuel Reed Jr.; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, aunts, uncles and nephews.
