Donald affectionately called “DJ and Dolla” was born on April 18, 1981 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was the only son to Mr. Donald Oliver McQueen and Patricia Ann McQueen-Sealy. Donald attended and graduated from the local schools. He was gainfully employed with the City of Chesapeake in Virginia. Donald will be remembered for his love for family, unfiltered personality and wittiness to steal anyone’s heart.

Donald departed this life peacefully on Saturday, September 23, 2017 in Virginia where he lived with his wife and extended family.

Donald leaves to cherish his memories a loving and dedicated wife, Rosa McQueen; parents, Donald O. McQueen, Sr.(Ora Lee), Anthony J. Sealy and Patricia A. McQueen-Sealy; sisters, Kimberly Boatwright and Donishea McQueen; nephews, Darius Simpson (Dia), Kris Boatwright, Ron Boatwright Jr. and Rashaud Boatwright; godmother, Deborah J. Stanley; best friends, Dennis Carmack “Smiley” and cousin, Telisa Robinson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
