Aniyah Mary Marlena Gordon, affectionately known to her family as “Snuggie”, was born August 26, 2009 in Jacksonville, Florida to Donna Wilson and Ronald Gordon, Jr.
Snuggie was a fighter since birth; born with a rare condition called Cri Du Chat Syndrome and staying in the hospital for the first four months of her life, yet, she overcame every obstacle and brought joy to everyone she came in contact with. Snuggie loved lights, bright colors. and watching TV; and oh yes, she was a true daddy’s girl. Snuggie would bring a smile to your face even if you were having a bad day. She was just a burst of love and everyone loved her just as much. Snuggie attended Jumpstart Pediatrics and was a known favorite child throughout the Community PedsCare Hospice Program. To know Aniyah was to know true happiness from the heart. Her light always shinned bright and will continue to shine for eternity.
