Mr. Benjamin James Williams, Jr. was born on September 1, 1947 to Mr. Benjamin Williams, Sr. and Mrs. Euretta Williams. He was reared up in Williston, Florida.

Benjamin decided to go into the United States Navy at an early age, making it a career of 22 years. Benjamin met Lauretta Lesene and they were married in October of 2004.

Benjamin departed this life on Tuesday, June 5, 2018. He was preceded in death by both his parents.

Benjamin leaves to cherish his memories:  a loving and devoted wife, Lauretta Williams; two sons, Jason Williams (Tiese) of Weston, Florida and Kevin Williams of Jacksonville, Florida; step children, Rudolph Lesesne (Pat), Tony Lesesne (Woodie), Gregory Lesesne (Nancy), and Regina Lesesne; grandchildren, great-grandchildren; brother, Lewis Williams; a special cousin, Verdelle Jefferson; aunts, uncles, other relatives; god-son, Jonathan Simmons (Sherry) and dear friends including Shirley Franklin, Deloris Gray, Wyannette Ephron and Argrett McCants.
