Bonnie Lee Matthews was born in Jacksonville, Florida on December 12, 1937 to S.T. and Louise Timmons. Bonnie confessed Christ at an early age. She attended schools Duval County later received a Bachelors Degree and Master's. Also she earned many hours toward her doctorate degree in Education.
She later met and married Sherman Matthews in Jacksonville, Florida. From this union one daughter was born, Angela Gail Matthews.
Bonnie departed this life on July 21, 2022 and preceded in death by her father, S.T. Timmons; mother, Louise Timmons; husband, Sherman Matthews; and sister, Bernice Brown. She leaves to mourn her passing loving daughter and caregiver, Angela Gail (Jimmy); grandchildren, Bobby Kelly Jr. (Kavette) and Justin Kelly; great-grandchildren, Bryce Kelly, Jamiaya Kelly, Kaydence Rogers, and Maliek Kelly; nieces, Sharon Brook (Lawrence), Veronica Kirkland, and Janice Oliver (Charles); and nephew, Ricky Graham (JoAnn).
