Obituary for Caleb 'Peanut' Calvin Lee

Caleb "Peanut" Calvin Lee was born August 22, 1964 in Jacksonville, Florida, he was a resident of 1249 West 4th Street for over 56 years. He departed this life on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, surrounded by loved ones after a brief battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Albert and Madie Brown, Julia Mae Coffee Ketter, and Caleb Lee; and brother, Jerome Beerus Coffee.

Caleb was a member of Emanuel Missionary Baptist Church. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School, Class of 1982. He was employed by K. T. Carter Contracting Inc.

Caleb leaves to mourn his passing Paula Lee; sister, Revondolyn Coffee DuBois; His "Children" (nieces and grandniece) Revondolyn Michelle DuBois, Monica Jocelyn DuBois-Campbell (Marc A. Campbell), and Caleb Lee DuBois-Brinson; grandnieces "Number one" Marleigh Janelle Campbell and "Number two" Mackenzie Arielle Campbell; brothers; Timothy Edward Coffee, James Wade Coffee, Leland Elwood Coffee of Cape Coral, Florida, and Caleb Alphonzon Lee (Ballu Lee) of Fredericksburg, Virginia; aunts; Ola Freedman of Fitzgerald, Georgia, Earnestine Black, and Maple Bronner; stepdaughter, Shamika Bankhead and step-grandchildren, Christopher, Quantez, Devraun, Pharoah; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many more sorrowful relatives and friends.
