Christy Davis Mills was born on November 6, 1961, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Abram and Christine Davis of Jacksonville, Florida, where she was baptized at an early age. Christy Davis Mills was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She went to be with the Lord in heaven at the loving age of 60 on October 23, 2022.

Christy earned her education in Jacksonville, Florida at Nathan B. Forrest High School. She later met and married Wallace Mills on November 6, 1982. From this union was born a beautiful baby girl, Courtney Nicole Mills. Christy was a God-fearing woman and well known with her most current occupation beside her one and only daughter as Assistant Chef at Queen C’s Catering. She will forever be remembered for her strong and loving spirit, outgoing personality, and bright cheerful smile.

Christy was preceded in death by her parents, Abram Davis Sr. and Christine Davis.

Christy leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, Wallace Mills; daughter, Courtney Mills; grandson, Kevin Hankinson Jr.; brother, Abram Davis Jr.; sister, Caressa Bookhart (Albert); sister/cousin, Gail T. Gaskin (Kenneth); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
