De’Borah J. Beauford was born in Palatka, Florida on October 4, 1950 to the late William T. and Irene Johnson. De’Borah, lovingly known as BigMa, DJ and Cassius Clay for her fighting nature she sustained until God called her home. De’Borah confessed Christ at an early age and was a part of Morning Star Freewill Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. Charlie Sheppard and Truth for Living Ministries, Pastors Leonard and Carolyn Love.

De’Borah attended the local schools in Putnam County, graduating from Central Academy High School, where she played basketball, ran track and was a cheerleader. Later in her life, De’Borah met and married Alphonso Beauford and to this union 3 children were born.

De’Borah departed this life on Sunday, June 17, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, William T. Johnson and Irene Johnson; husband, Alphonso Beauford; sister, Carolyn Hobbs; brother, Ronnie Johnson and grandson, Xavier Allen, Jr.

De’Borah leaves to cherish loving memories: daughters, Donna Beauford, LaTreasia Allen and Al’Tonya Anderson; adopted son, Charles Williams; sisters, Claudia Brown, Vivian Johnson and Irene Johnson (Pete); brothers, Willie T. Johnson (Thelma), Gregory Johnson and Tyrone Williams (Ingrid); 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren with 2 arriving soon; a host of other relatives and friends.
