Deborah Ann Finklea was born on September 23, 1954 to Herman McQueen and Dorothy Winningham in Miami, Florida. She was a member of Westside Church of Christ. She met and married Norice Finklea in Jacksonville, Florida. Deborah departed this life on Sunday, March 17, 2019.

Deborah leaves to cherish her husband, Norice Finklea; sons, Darrick Ross and Nathan (Nate) Eugene Ross; daughters, Sheryl Denise Jones and Giselle (Shay) Moinque Ross; sisters, Gwendolyn Ruth Padmore and Loretta McQueen-Shears; brothers, Anthony McQueen and Tony McQueen; sister-in-law, Rita Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Deborah Ann Finklea will be held 11:00 am Saturday, March 23rd, 2019 at the Westside Church of Christ 23 W. 8th Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. The visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 pm, Friday, March 22nd, 2019 at the Funerals By T. S. Warden 4315 North Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. Private Interment.
