Obituary for Elder Mary Catherine Bronson

Elder Mary Bronson was born on April 2, 1931 in Eufaula, Alabama to George Conner Sr. and Mellownee Williams-Conner. Elder Bronson attended the local schools in Babour County. Elder Bronson met Tomie Bronson Sr. the love of her life and to this union four children were born. Mary and Tomie relocated to Florida where she was employed by Lerner Shop for many years and also Quality Care.

Elder Bronson always had a heart for the things of God and accepted the Lord at an early age. She became a member of Greater Church of God By Faith, under the leadership of Elder George Matthews. During her membership, Sister Bronson served in the choir, and on the missionary board. Mary was always busy with the things of God; she faithfully assisted in many building fund drives and held prayer band meetings in her home. After prayer and supplication Mary felt led to move and to assist with a new work under the direction of Apostle Rochester Browder. Sister Bronson became a founding member of the End Time Ministry House of Deliverance. The ministry began in her home with people overflowing throughout the house in every available seat. It was during this time she was licensed and ordained an Elder in the Lord's house. Elder Bronson loved her church and served her God until her final breath.

Elder Bronson loved God, her family and she never met a stranger. On January 31, 2021 she peacefully transitioned from time to eternity. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Cora Bell, Sallie Mae, Hampton, George Jr, Willie, Lucille, Fannie, Rochelle, Susie and Erma; grandchildren, Aaron and Shallandra.
