Elizabeth Henry was born in Perry, Georgia on September 26, 1945 to her parents, Emmit and Gladys King. She attended Westside Church of Christ and received her education at Stanton High School.
Elizabeth later met and married William Henry in Jacksonville, Florida on February 26, 1965. From this union son, William Henry IV and daughter, Valerie House was born.

Elizabeth departed this life on Friday, November 13, 2020 and was preceded in death by her son, William Henry IV; and parents.

She leaves to mourn her passing: daughter, Valerie House; grandson, William Blaylock (Ciera); granddaughter, Dominque Brea; great-grandson, Roman Brea; sister, Lulamae Jones; brothers, Malcolm King and Frederick King; nieces, Alisha Seabrooks and Deshani Seabrooks; nephews, Lee Jones, Andre Jones and a nephew that has been loving and devoted, Winston Seabrooks; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Elizabeth Henry will be held at 1:30 pm Friday, November 20th, 2020 at the Samuel C. Rogers Jr. Memorial Chapel 4315 N. Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. The visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 pm, Thursday, November 19th, 2020 at the Funerals by T.S. Warden 4315 North Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. Interment in Edgewood Cemetery.
