Ethel Lavern Dingle-Chisolm was born on January 13, 1950 in Jacksonville, Florida to Jackson Dingle and Rutha Dingle.
Ethel passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023 at the beautiful age of 73. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jackson and Rutha Mae Dingle; sister, Oliver N. Matthews; brothers, Jackson Dingle and Clarence Dingle.
Ethel leaves family and friends to cherish and celebrate her life. She is survived by her two children, Altha Outlaw and Mariama Outlaw; three grandchildren, Dre’Shawn Shanks, Breon Shanks, Antonio Hargrove Jr.; sibling, Norma (Robert) Harris; and a host of nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and friends.
She will be remembered as a woman who lived and enjoyed life on her own terms.
