Everlene “Peaches” Reddick was born on July 31, 1953 in Jacksonville, Florida to Samuel Reddick and Myrtice Carr Reddick. She confessed Christ at an early age and was a member and grew up in Friendship Baptist Church, Jacksonville, Florida. Everlene later moved her membership to St. Paul Church of Jacksonville, under the leadership of Bishop John E. Guns.
Everlene graduated from William M. Raines High School, Class of 1972. She worked for many years in the local hospitals as a cook.
Everlene departed from this life October 21, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel (Bubba) Reddick and Myrtice (Mert) Reddick.
Everlene will truly be missed by her sons, Michael Reddick (Torri) and Daniel Reddick; grandchildren, Michael Reddick Jr., Mikell Reddick, and Jeremy Parker; brothers, Samuel Reddick Jr. (Vicki), Allen Reddick, and Anthony Reddick (Felecia); sister, Kesha Parrish; friend, Barbara Polite and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral service for Everlene Reddick will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, October 31st, 2020 at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church 3738 Winton Drive Jacksonville, FL 32208. The visitation will be 4:00 - 6:00 pm, Friday, October 30th, 2020 at the Funerals by T.S. Warden 4315 North Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
