Ezekiel Trey Archuleta was born at Beaches Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida on July 1, 2000 to his parents, Clifford and Beth Archuleta. He confessed Christ at an early age uniting himself with Celebration Christian Church and received his education at Fletcher High School.

Ezekiel departed this life on Monday, September 21, 2020. He leaves to mourn his passing: his mom, Beth; dad, Cliff; brothers, Gavin and Ford; sister, Josie; the Archuletas; the Cooks; the Farmers; the Addingtons; The Jordans; Pop Warner; Campeche Bay; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Ezekiel Trey Archuleta will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, October 7th, 2020 at the Funerals by T.S. Warden - Samuel C.
