Obituary for Fannie Mae Graham (Pearson)

Mrs. Fannie Mae Graham, daughter of the late Julia and Richard Pearson was born on March 16, 1944 in Summerton, South Carolina. On Sunday February 6, 2022, she departed her earthly tabernacle and peacefully submitted to the will of God.

She was educated in the Clarendon County Schools where she attended St. Paul Elementary and Scotts Branch High School. A devout Christian, Fannie confessed Christ at an early age and was united with Church of Christ Written In Heaven.

Fannie was united in marriage on December 25, 1967 to the late Leon Graham where they shared God’s union for 45 years. From this union three sons and one daughter was born. While she was a devoted homemaker to her family during the formative years of caring for her children, she later worked as a Shop Steward for Revlon/Colomer USA Group from where she then retired.

To those who had the pleasure of knowing her back in the days when she cooked “Sunday style dinner meals” every day of the week, her cooking skills could rival any Top Chef. Fannie also enjoyed working in her yard every day, gardening and sewing.

Fannie leaves to cherish her memory: one daughter, Jennifer (Ron) Alexander of Jacksonville, FL; three sons, Leonard Graham of Jacksonville, FL, Kenneth Graham of Indianapolis, IN, Cory Graham of Jacksonville, FL; two stepsons, Gregory Robinson Graham of Palm Bay, FL, Garrett Robinson (Lakeisha) Graham of Palm Bay, FL; one brother, Willie (Mary) Pearson of Baltimore, MD; two sisters, Willene Ford of Jacksonville, FL, Lottie Mae (Benjamin) Riley of Pinewood, SC; fourteen grandchildren, Kaneesha Graham, Calyn Graham, Courtney Graham, Corey Graham, Kennard Graham, Kiley Graham, Ashlee McCrary, Kianna Graham, Laila Brown, Jacquelyn Robinson Graham, Ian Leon Graham, Cory Graham Jr., Nehemiah Robinson Graham, Greyson Graham; three great- grandchildren, Kiylan Greer, Creed Graham, Caynan Graham; goddaughter, Priscilla Caffa; and a host of other very devoted family members and friends.
