Felicia Fay Smith was born October 26, 1972 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was a graduate of Andrew Jackson Senior High School, Class of 1992. Felicia was an outgoing young lady who accepted people for who they were. She also was a mother figure for her nephew, Torrence.
Felicia will always be remembered for eating egg plants. She was known as the Cat lady, who was the owner of 15 cats, who had their own given name by her.
