Ms. Felicia Paulette Leslie Watts was born in Jacksonville, Florida on August 3, 1973 to Mr. and Mrs. James and Bernice Leslie. She confessed Christ at an early age. Felicia attended the local school in Duval County. She was employed with St. Vincent Hospital for many years. Felicia will truly be missed.

Felicia departed this life on Friday, April 26, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James E. Bernice Leslie; sister, Debra J. Henry; uncles, James Laws, Freddie Lee, Byron Sykes, Keith Sykes; aunt, Mattie Laws.

Felicia leaves to cherish her memories: her fiancé, Ray Griffin; sisters, Antoinette Leslie Holland of Brooklyn, New York and Shirley Sykes; brother, Derek Leslie Sr. of Baltimore, Maryland, Deion Leslie of Lake City, Florida, Ronnie T. Henry (Telicia) and Monty D. Henry; aunts, Mattie Laws, Mary Williams, Maetta Laws, Margert Laws, Ruby Smith and Ailene Jones; uncles, James Lee, Freddy Lee Laws and Jack Laws; cousins, Toni Gillard, Mercedes Givens, Jerald Givens and Tyrese Givens; devoted family and friends, Jim & Jeanette Odoms, Gary & Chelsea, James & Dana, Dynisha and Shawn; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and beloved friends.

The funeral service for Felicia Paulette Watts will be held 11AM, Saturday, May 4th, 2019 at the Total Praise Christian Ministries 4750 Soutel Drive Suite 6 Jacksonville, FL 32208. The visitation will be 5 - 7PM, Friday, May 3rd, 2019 at the Funerals By T. S. Warden 4315 North Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. Interment in Restlawn Cemeteries.
