Gloria Winnifred Wickham was born on March 25, 1933 to Whillel Newman and Darnel Newman in Kingston, Jamaica. She was a homemaker and took care of her children.

Gloria departed this life on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. She was preceded in death by her son, Tyrone Lawrence.

Gloria leaves to cherish memories to her children: Leroy Hart, Alphanso Lawrence, Athol Lawrence, Alton Lawrence, Altimont Lawrence, Nuncia Parrish, Patricia Lawrence, Jillian Lawrence, Andrea Lawrence, and Antonette Johnson; sixty grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; other family members and friends.
