Hayes Wilson departed this life on August 3, 2020 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. He was known as Sonny Boy. He was born on January 18, 1939 to the late Hosie Clark and the late Anna Wilson White.
He attended High School and graduated in Marianna, FL. Hayes Wilson worked at Priority as a Delivery Driver. He was preceded in death by his father Hosie Clark, his mother Anna Wilson-White and his son Demetrio Branch.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories a loving and devoted family: 3 daughters Sandra Branch, Pamela Holmes and Felicia Bacote (Sergio), all of Jacksonville, FL; 2 sons Theodored (Ted) Branch (Juanita) of Salt Lake City, UT and Marcus Ward of Jacksonville, FL., 2 brothers Charlie Wilson (Sandra) and Vincent Booker, 3 sisters Betty Jean Blanks, Bernice Alford and Louise Joyner. a very devoted friend Debra Lyles of Jacksonville, FL.; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, (Ronnie and Thomas Earl) and many sorrowing friends.
The funeral service for Hayes Wilson will be held 1:30 pm Wednesday, August 12th, 2020 at the Restlawn Cemeteries South Location 3301 Moncrief Road W. JACKSONVILLE, FL 32209. The visitation will be 5:00 pm 7:00 pm, Tuesday, August 11th, 2020 at the Funerals by T.S. Warden 4315 North Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. Interment in Restlawn Cemeteries South.
