Jacqueline Jeannette Williams was born in Jacksonville, FL, to Richard Williams, Jr. and Rosa Bell Williams, on July 9, 1955. She was a student at Northwestern Junior High. She was the youngest of 9 children.

Jacqueline went home to be with the lord on Friday, March 4, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Earl and Roosevelt Williams. Left to mourn, her sons, Travis C. Williams, Sr. (Latoya Ross) and Jarvis Williams; grandsons, Travis C. Williams, Jr. and Traveon Williams; siblings, Richard Williams, III, Glenderan Nettles, Johnnie L. Williams, Carl Williams, Ricky A. Williams, Gloria E. Williams, Lorenza McCants, and Michele Bradford; a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and longtime friends.

The funeral service for Jacqueline Jeannette Williams will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 18th, 2022 at the Funerals by T.S. Warden, 4315 North Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206.
