Janet McBride, age 56, was born on Oct 13, 1962 in Grand Rapids Michigan to Willie J. Thomas and the late Lula Mae Thomas. She was preceded in death by 6 of her siblings, Teresa, Dorothy, Gwen, Brenda, and Ronnie Thomas.

Janet attended Ribault High School and received her Nursing Degree at Florida Community College at Jacksonville. She was a member of Zion Temple First Born Church and attended other churches.

Janet leaves behind three children: LaTori Lesesne (Adam), Jordan Thomas (Jahzara Griffin), and George McBride, III (Centavia). Also to cherish her memories are her grandchildren George IV, NeAria, Angela, Adam Jr, Ja Leashia, NaRek, Marquez, JaTavia, Yanking, and Jahzara; nine brothers and sisters: Willie (Jr), Michael, Ruthie, Mary, Janice, Gail, Betty, Lisa, and Angela; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
