Johnnie L. Moody was born in Guerryton, Alabama on November 18, 1938 to her mother, Luvener Crowder. She confessed Christ at an early age. She attended schools in Duval County and received her education at Stanton High School. She later met and married Willard Moody in Jacksonville, Florida.
Johnnie departed this life on June 2, 2019 and was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Moody.
Johnnie leaves to mourn in her passing children, Benjamin Bell (Brenda), Carolyn Bell (Daniel), and Cheryl Richardson (Minister Jerrell); five grandchildren; fifteen great-grands; niece, Cherrica; nephew, Tracy; cousins, Walter Randolph (Dollie), Selina Bell, Edward Thomas (Alta), Candy Robinson, Edwina Cruz (Jonathan), and Ernest Thomas (Zenella); along with a host of other relatives and friends.
