Keegan Von Roberts affectionately called “Keggs” was born on October 15, 1994 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Roger Roberts and Cecilia Shepard. He confessed Christ at an early age and was baptized at Shiloh Baptist Church on March 20, 2005 in Terre Haute, Indiana. He graduated from Englewood High School, Class of 2013.

Keegan met and married his high school sweetheart, Eliany Daiz Roberts on November 17, 2013 in Jacksonville, Florida. From this union a daughter was born, Y’naile Keevoni Roberts.

Keegan departed this life on Thursday, July 20, 2017. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, George and Myrtle Roberts; grandparents, George and Mary Shepard; special uncles, Ernie and Huiet Sessions; special brother, Rob.

Keegan leaves to mourn his passing: a wife, Eliany Roberts; daughter, Y’naile Roberts and a unborn child; father, Roger Roberts (Keala); mother, Cecilia Shepard; father and mother-in-law, Yoide and Elayne; brother, Douglass Ivy Sr.; sister, Jamee Walker; nieces and nephew, Que, Azariah and Samva; brother-in-law, Noel (Elizabeth); grandmother, Carolyn Sessions; aunts and uncles, Oscar Sessions, James Lee, Richard Shepard, Trannie Sessions, Sheila Tucker, Marcus Tucker, Alexis Tyler, Marc and Billy Wise, Opp and Chino Dillard, Drienna Taneka, Brittany and Reggie; close friends, Stephon, Anastasia, Fabian, Rashad, Dan, Jacob Michael, Nene, DeeDee, Kevin and Jason; Bo, Kita, Rita and LA; along with a host of other family members and friends.
