Mr. Kelvin Charles Laney was born on December 9, 1958 in Panama City, Florida to his parents, Mary Louise Laney and Landon Laney, Sr. He confessed Christ at an early age. Kelvin was raised in Jacksonville and received his formal education in the local Duval County Public Schools.
Kelvin departed this life on Sunday, February 16, 2020 and was preceded in death by his father, Landon Laney, Sr., and brother, Landon Laney, Jr.
He leaves to mourn his passing his three children, Mattie L. Laney-Ford (Gerald), Kelvin C. Laney, Jr., and Quanteria Laney; mother, Mary L. Laney; three brothers, Tommy Lee Laney, Anthony Laney, and Cedric Laney; and a host of grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
