Lamar Terrell Pressley was born on November 26, 1979 in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended the local schools of Duval County and Broward County and graduated from Miramar High School in 1998.
Lamar, better known as “Chuck” by his siblings, was a giant teddy bear. He enjoyed sports and was a video game enthusiast. He played Pop Warner baseball and football. Also, he played the tuba in the band at Jefferson Davis Middle School. He loved children and always showered his nephews and nieces with admiration and joy. His greatest passion was food. He loved to cook and showcase his skills for anyone within the kitchen. He held a variety of jobs. His last employment was with Amazon as a picker trainer.
Lamar leaves a caring family to cherish his loving memories, mother. Linda B. Howard; father, Leonard Pressley II; stepfather, Ronald Howard; stepmother, Denise Pressley; sisters, Ronnetta Howard, Denisha Pressley, Tequila Pressley Jones, Nakia Purifoye, and Jasmyne Pressley; brothers, Ronald Howard II(Ayksa), Vincent Mobley, Kavarious Williams,
and Jalin Leandre; grandfather, Leonard Pressley; grandmother, Gloria Pressley; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
The graveside service for Lamar Terrell Pressley will be held at 11AM, Thursday, June 4th, 2020 at the Gethsemane Memorial Gardens. No visitation. Interment in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.
