Leroy Davis was born on December 10, 1932 to Ms. Loretta Davis in Charleston, South Carolina. He later met and married Cynthia Davis in Jacksonville, Florida.

Leroy departed this life on Monday, July 29, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Leroy leaves to mourn his passing: three daughters, Janice Norris, Dorothy Williams and Diane Norris; two stepdaughters, Patricia Daise and Debra Killian (Raynell); two sons, Quan and Daryl Wilson (Susan); a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
