Loretha June Bell was born in Titusville, Florida on August 15, 1957 to Henry Bell, Sr. and Daisy Mae Hills. She confessed Christ at an early age., uplifting with Community Baptist Church of Atlantic Beach, where she was baptized. She attended the local schools in Atlantic and Jacksonville Beach, Florida and received further education at Jones College for Nursing.

Loretha departed this life on June 17, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Bell, Sr. and Daisy Mae Hills; brothers, Joseph Bell and James Walker Bellamy; and a sister, Connie Lou Conage.

Loretha leaves to cherish her memories: daughter, Caretha Bell Foster; son, Anthony Bell, Sr.; brother, Henry Bell, Jr. (Marietta); daughter-in-law, Shawte Bell; son-in-law, Andre Foster; brother-in-law, Bruce Conage; two grandchildren, Trini and Anthony Bell, Jr.; nieces, Tammy Miller, Sharene, Nia, Erica and Tijuan; nephew, Joseph Bell, Jr.; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Loretha June Bell will be held 11AM, Saturday, June 22nd, 2019 at the Samuel C. Rogers Jr. Memorial Chapel 4315 N. Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. The visitation will be 5 - 7PM, Friday, June 21st, 2019 at the Funerals By T. S. Warden 4315 North Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. Interment in Palm Springs Cemetery.
