Obituary for Lucile Taylor Dunn (Taylor)
Lucile Taylor Dunn was born in Demascus, Georgia on February 20, 1931 to the late Mr.Frank Taylor and Sarah Love Taylor. Our mother was a warrior for Christ for many years, most of which she spent in service at Faith Temple Church of Eternal Life in Jesus Christ.
Lucile was employed at Daylight Grocery Store as Head Cashier until her retirement. She found great enjoyment in knowing all there was to know in her position and she mastered it!
Lucile never turned away anyone in need of help and taught her children the same. She often said, “you never know when you may entertain an angel so always treat others as you would like to be treated.”
Lucile was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Sarah Taylor; sisters, Ruby Brown and Lujean Bailey; and loving children, Johhny Lee, Ardis Charles, James Dunn, and Lynn Dunn Miller.
Lucile is survived by her loving children, Carmencita Williams (Lawrence), Wilma Dunn, Sharon Dunn, and Frederick Dunn; sisters, Lizzie Atkins and Carrie Jones. She has numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends to cherish her memory.
