Nora M. White, the oldest of 14 siblings, was born on May 5, 1947 in Hahira, Georgia to Elnora Powell and Warren Washington. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Howard Green II; grandson, Howard Green III; sisters, Helen White and April White Walsh; brother-in-law, Mark Lucky; and aunt, Doretha Moreland.
Nora left to mourn: her love, Oscar Lee Thoas; children, Bethina Johnson (Cecil), Robert Sapp, and Curtis White, all of Jacksonville, Florida; granddaughter, Chaniesha Green; siblings, Kelly Claxton, Princess White, Lillie White Campbell, Harley White, Pearlie White Johnson (King), Betty Smith Lucky, Elizabeth Oliver, William Copeland, and Ralph Copeland. Nora also left to mourn her passing; uncles, Rosco Powell (Teresa) and Rosavel Moreland; aunt, Mamie Powell; and a host of nephews, nieces and friends.
