Phyllis Yvonne Townsend was born on June 25, 1956 in Jacksonville, Florida to William H. Jennings Sr. and Ethel Jennings. She confessed Christ at an early age uniting with Joy Christian Community Church. Phyllis attended the local schools in Jacksonville, Florida and received her education at Florida Community College of Jacksonville. She has two children, Aubrey and Jason.

Phyllis departed this life on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. She was preceded in death by brothers, William H. Jennings Jr. and Stanley J. Jennings.

Phyllis leaves to mourn her passing: children, Aubrey Warrick (Manny) and Jason Warrick; sister, Joyce Jennings; brother, Michael Jennings; 4 grandchildren; I great-grandchild; 3 nieces, 2 nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
