Obituary for Rudolph Larry Green

Rudolph Larry Green was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 9, 1948 to Talmadge and Elsie Green. He received his education in the local schools of Duval County and graduated from Matthew W. Gilbert High School.

Rudolph served his county in the United States Army where he received an honorable discharge. He was later employed at the Naval Air Station Jacksonville and finally as a mail handler with the United States Postal Service.

Rudolph departed this life on Thursday, August 13, 2020 in Lake City, Florida and was preceded in death by his parents, Talmadge and Elsie Green. He leaves to mourn his passing his daughters, Tawana M. Green-Chance, Tonya M. Green, and Taimiko M. Green; grandchildren, Qiana Green, Terrell Newton, and Alexis McCoy (James Stanford); great-grandchildren, Chase and James Stanford; siblings, Norma L. Green, Christopher Green, Sr. (Jan), Petree Green Jones (Anthony), and Terrence Green, Sr. (Felicia); uncle, Anthrom “Levy” Green; nieces and nephews, Gail Turner (Donnie), Toni Cross (Leonard), Keith Green (Fran), Kimberly Trotter, Christopher Green, Jr., Angela Green, Derrick Green, Brandon Green, Quinton Jones, Terrence Green, and Trevin Green; grand nieces and nephews and cousins; longtime friend, Lendwood Clark; and goddaughter, Victoria Grayson.
