Obituary for Samuel Keith Graham
Samuel Keith Graham, Jr. was born in Starke, Florida on June 8, 1958 to Lillie Mae and Samuel Keith Graham Sr. They later moved to Jacksonville, Florida where he attended Jean Ribault Senior High School and made many friends and acquaintances. He enjoyed family and friends at various gatherings, being the life of the party, and bringing his contagious laugh and smile to everyone he encountered.
Samuel enjoyed being a father, step-father, grandfather, relative, and friend. Anyone that knew him, knows how much he enjoyed late night eating and snacking and often cooked full course meals. He later met and married Gail Graham (Sanders) in Jacksonville, Florida on February 14, 2012 at Paxon Revival Center. Though they never had children together, he took on the father role to her two children, always making them feel comfortable and loved. He united with Abundant Life and Christ Christian Fellowship under Pastor Vincent Arnold, Sr where he turned his life over to Christ.
Samuel departed this life on Monday, February 3, 2020 and was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Graham, Sr and daughter-in-law, Chantel Kirkland. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Gail Graham; sons, Terrance Kirkland Sr. and Tavares L. Kirkland (Dynisha); daughters, Kalena Daniels and MisKiya Donovan-Graham; step-sons Tyralle Welch and Antwane Sanders (Dominique); mother, Lillie Mae Graham; brothers, Donald Graham, Glen Graham, Curtis Graham, and Michael Graham; and only sister, Sheila Graham.
The funeral service for Samuel Keith Graham will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday, February 12th, 2020 at the Greater New Jerusalem Baptist Church 207 West 6th Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. The visitation will be 4:00 - 6:00 pm, Tuesday, February 11th, 2020 at the Funerals by T.S. Warden 4315 North Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206. Interment in Restlawn Cemeteries South.
