Sean was born on March 6, 2000 in Corpus Christi, Texas to his parents, Norman Way and Kela Huey. He was raised from birth by his paternal grandparents, Pastor Leroy and Linda Roundtree, whom he lovingly called “Mama” and “PaPa.”

Sean was a member of The Lord’s Church (TLC) ministry under the care of Pastor Leroy Roundtree. He graduated from Duval County Public Schools on June 4, 2018.

Sean spent his life bringing joy to everyone he met. No matter what he might have been going through, he always kept a smile on his face. He loved racing with Josh Schuette as a member of the Ainsley’s Angels organization, with whom he participated in several 5k marathons. Sean loved the Jacksonville Jaguars, Power Rangers, WWE wrestlers, riding in the truck with his “PaPa” and listening to gospel music.

Sean departed this life on February 9, 2019. He was preceded in death by both his great grandmothers, Ms. Lucille Jones and Mrs. Viola Roundtree.

Sean leaves to mourn his passing: grandparents, Pastor Leroy and Linda Roundtree; parents, Norman Way and Kela Huey; uncle and aunt, Jeff Way and Tracie Trevino; two sisters, special friends, Myron Cooper, Josh Schuette and Verdell Barrington; church family of TLC; great aunts and uncles, and a host of other relatives and sorrowing friends.
