Thelma was born on June 9, 1955 to Ella Mae Williams and Reverend James & Hattie Hazelton in Jacksonville, Florida. She attended the local schools of Duval County. Thelma was a member of Tabernacle Institutional Baptist Church. She had a son, James Mark Hazelton and daughter, Telisa Robinson.
On October 9, 2018, Thelma Ann Hazelton-Robinson departed this life quietly to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ella Mae Williams and Reverend James and Hattie Hazelton; her beloved son, James Mark Hazelton.
Thelma leaves to cherish her memories, Cesar Robinson; daughters, Telisa Robinson and LaShawn Taylor (Darien); grand-children, Jawaun, Jamyah, Jimoni, Calen and Jarvis Hazelton; sister, Patricia (Anthony) Sealy; brother, Charles E. Briley; sister-in-laws, Doris (Robert) Stewart, Laurine Collier, Savannah Hartzog, Geneva Walker, Eleanor Dixon and Brenda Robinson; brother-in-laws, Calvin, Norman Robinson, Alonzo (Annette) Robinson, Tommy Lamar and Johnny (Yvonne) Jackson; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, Leesa Clark and Kenya Clark and friends.
