Obituary for Timothy Juan Middlebrooks Jr.

Timothy Juan Middlebrooks, Jr. was born on August 14, 2003 in Jacksonville, Florida to Timothy Middlebrooks Sr. and Vatasha Watson. He confessed Christ at an early age where he was baptized at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.

Timothy was a graduate of William M. Raines High School, where he graduated with honors, he was a member of the National Honor Society and loved both of his parents dearly in addition to being an Avid Gamer. Timothy was known as a loner, but was committed to his job at Publix before joining the I.L.A. Timothy was also a member of the Jacksonville Police Athletic League.

Timothy departed this life on February 25, 2022. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, James Graham and Miller Freeman; grandmother, Dorothy Freeman.

Timothy leaves to mourn his passing: loving parents, Timothy Middlebrooks, Sr. and Vatasha (William) Watson; grandmother, Adel Haines; great-grandfather, Robert Jackson; brother, Carlton (Jakeria) Hayward; sister, Tehonour Middlebrooks; uncle, Joseph Haines; aunt, Danielle Stafford; nieces, Jersey and Jalynn Hayward; godmother, Deidra Gibson; best friends, Phillip Roscoe and Ian Williams II; extended family includes, Nicole Donald and Janice Sewell; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Timothy was known for his loving spirit and beautiful smile. He will truly be missed by many.

The funeral service for Timothy Juan Middlebrooks Jr. will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5th, 2022 at the Mt Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, 2036 Silver Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. The visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. , Friday, March 4th, 2022 at the Funerals by T.S. Warden, 4315 North Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. Interment in Jacksonville National Cemetery.
