Tristan Vaughn Barnett was born on January 20, 1998 to Timothy Vaughn Barnett and Phouvanh Chanthavong in Jacksonville, Florida. He was baptized at the age of 10, in the name of Jesus, by his grandfather Overseer Rudolph Barnett. Tristan attended Sandalwood Senior High School. Tristan shared many artistic interests with his father, who was a big inspiration in his life. Throughout his youth, Tristan pursued drawing, music, writing, and martial arts choreography. He also enjoyed performing hip hop music. In 2022, he began development of his own original anime comic book, and was entering the field of video game design with his cousin, Josh. Tristan was lively, expressive, and full of creativity. He impacted everyone he met with his vibrant personality, delightful humor, and charming smile. Even during his darkest times, he would think of others less fortunate than himself. And most of all, Tristan never forgot to remind his family and friends that he loved them, constantly expressing his affection through big, warm hugs, smiles, and laughter. Tristan was loved and adored by all of his family.

On the morning of October 3rd 2022, Tristan departed this life. He is preceded in death by his
