Valerie Lenora Adams was born August 5, 1958 in Jacksonville, Florida to Robert and Rose Marie Adams. Valerie was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville. She graduated from Riverside High, formerly known as Robert E. Lee, Class of 1976.
Valerie loved to shop and fellowship with family and friends. She was always vivacious and the life of the party. Valerie was a God fearing woman and would give God a praise anywhere and at any time.
Valerie departed this life February 8, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Rose Marie Adams; daughter, Stephanie Lucas; brothers, Douglas Adams, Robert Adams and sister, Audrey Riley
Valerie leaves to cherish her memories: son, Michael D. Adams; grandson, Jaquez Taylor; and four granddaughters, Ke’Sharia Lucas, Te’Janai Moore, Ne’Veah Adams and La’Mariyah Thomas; three sisters, Jean Carol Lee, Gwendolyn Jones, and Phyliss Jones; son-in-law, Tobey Moore; a host of nieces, nephews and several cousins.
The funeral service for Valeria Lenora Adams will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 18th, 2022 at the Funerals by T.S. Warden, 4315 North Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. The visitation will be 9:30 - 10:30 a.m., Friday, February 18th, 2022 at the Funerals by T.S. Warden, 4315 North Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. Interment in Restlawn Cemeteries South.
