John and Family, I always enjoyed talking to your Mom. She always had a smile and something to share about her week or her children. I always came away feeling better after our conversations. I know she loved you and I know you loved her. May she rest in the arms of our Lord and Savior. Sorry, I won't be with you today in person. I'll be there in spirit. Carl and Barbara Anderson.

Please take a moment to imagine the relief you will feel when you will no longer be saddened by the death of a cherished loved one. The scriptures also assure that no longer will you have to worry about dying yourself. All obedient children of God will live forever. (Psalm 37:29) The Bible teaches that God will not only remove death, he will also bring those who have already died back to life. Treasure what that will mean for you. You will be reunited with loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. God promises that those "powerless in death" will live again. (Isaiah 26:19) This is what God's word calls the resurrection. (Acts 24:15) We pray that everlasting life is Ms. Vernita's future!

My very sincere condolences to Vernita's family. The Bible has always been a source of encouragement during this very sad time.

Jehovah has promised 'ALL' mankind a resurrection. The resurrection helps us to appreciate Jehovah is loving, kind and considerate. This hope was made possible by the ransom sacrifice of his son Christ Jesus. (John 5:28, 29)

So when Vernita return to life, on this earth in perfect health this would be a wonderful reunion. Jehovah's promises at John 3:16, John 17:3. Romans 6:23 and Revelation 21:4 will come true.
